For over 30 years, Odell Brewing been on a journey to challenge what’s possible in craft beer. Now, the passion for fermentation is inspiring the Fort Collins, Colorado to experiment again to begin an entirely new journey.
Unbound by geography, agriculture, or imagination, The OBC Wine Project is the company’s fresh take on a centuries-old tradition.
“We are in pursuit of uniquely balanced flavors that showcase what a little beer-geek-turned-wine geek creativity can do,” they said in a email sent out to consumers on Monday, March 9. “We’re hoping you’ll join us as we break new ground, fire up the canning line and experiment our way through this new adventure.”
