JaM Cellars Launches New Website

JaM Cellars, the maker of best-selling wines including Butter Chardonnay and JaM Cabernet, announces the all-new www.jamcellars.com, created by award-winning wine and spirits branding studio Makers & Allies. The new digital experience is designed to bring the enjoyment of JaM Cellars wines to life with stunning photography, an entertaining user experience and easy-to-use utility.

JaM Cellars is all about easy-to-love, every-day wines. Made by Napa Valley vintners John and Michele Truchard (the “J” and “M” in JaM), the JaM Cellars portfolio features Butter by JaM Cellars—including Butter Chardonnay, Butter Cab, and Butter Bubbles—along with JaM Cabernet, Toast Sparkling, and Sugar Sweet White. The imagery-driven new site shines a spotlight on these wines and their individual personalities and inspires wine lovers to “Go Beyond the Bottle” with recommendations for music, recipes, movies, and more. The site also features improved product discoverability through a personalized wine aisle geo-locator; buttons to local wine delivery services; and a “What’s your JaM?” personality quiz to match you to your perfect pour.

“Our intention was to create a welcoming, friendly site that is fun to explore and share—just like our wines. If people want to know more about how John and Michele started these wines they can. Or they can immerse in hundreds of ways to enjoy our best-selling Butter Chardonnay. For wine and music lovers it’s the ultimate destination for meeting up with us online, or in real life with wine in hand and world-class musicians on stage or screen. And of course, there’s an invitation to check out our downtown Napa winery with our Napa Valley exclusive wines” said Sarah Montague, CMO of JaM Cellars. “The new site does a fantastic job of bringing every aspect of our wines to life in a way that I have not seen before in the wine industry. I’m incredibly proud of the passionate team that stewarded this project and delighted that we can finally unveil it.”

JaM Cellars’ connection with music is profound and the new site showcases the brand’s deep love and support of the music industry. Visitors to the site will have the opportunity to learn more about JaM Cellars’ robust ecosystem of music-related programming, from their sponsorship of BottleRock Napa Valley or OHANA Fest, their music venues including the JaM Cellars Ballroom in downtown Napa, their JaMHappyHour virtual performances, their iHeartRadio station, and their partnership with Sweet Relief Musicians Fund. The new site also brings JaM Cellars’ Wine & Music Studio in downtown Napa to center stage with a 360-degree virtual tour and an overview of their weekly live-music JaMSessions.

“Makers & Allies was thrilled to win the opportunity to work with JaM Cellars on the redesign of their new website experience. The JaM Cellars team’s exciting vision inspired us to go above and beyond in getting to know the brand and truly bring it to life online. This site is one of the most dynamic and flexible sites we have created, it’s filled with tons of information showcased in a simple and entertaining way. The content, imagery, videos, podcasts, events listings, playlists and Summer Festival JaMs radio station deliver total brand immersion as seasons and occasions change—it’s an incredibly powerful marketing tool for the brand,” said Garrett Deiter, Founder of Makers & Allies.

The new website will reflect JaM Cellars year-round activities and will update frequently with the brand’s latest product news, events, campaigns, ticket giveaways and more to attract new wine lovers and keep existing JaMFans engaged.
